  1. Take 200 gm of Big Mirchi (chilli).

  6. Take 1 tsp of kismish/raisins.
  7. Take to taste of Salt.
  8. Use 1/2 cup of Spicy ghathia.
  9. Provide 1/4 cup of Ratlami Sev.
  10. You need 1 tbsp of Dry coconut.
  11. Use 1/4 cup of roasted peanuts.
  12. Get 1 tsp of Dry coriander.
  13. You need 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  14. You need 1 tsp of Sesame seeds.
  15. Take 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  16. Get 1 tbsp of Ginger chilli garlic paste.
  17. Take of For gravy.
  18. Get 3 tbsp of oil.
  19. Get 1 of onion.
  20. Take 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  21. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
  22. Prepare to taste of Salt.
  23. Use 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
  24. Provide 1/2 tsp of Cumin seeds.
  25. Prepare 1 tsp of Sesame seeds.
  26. Provide 2 tsp of Coriander leaves.

Instructions to make Stuff Mirchi:

  1. Wash and rinse Mirchi (chilli). Slit from middle remove seeds and veins. Heat oil in a pan saute for 2-3min. Let it cool..
  2. For Stuffing:- Take spicy gathia and ratlami sev in a jar add cashew nuts kismiss red chilli powder fennel seeds and grind. Take in a plate add 1tsp oil mix well..
  3. Roast cumin coriander sessme seeds. And peanuts dry coconut grind make a smooth powder. Mix wth ghathia mixture add salt ginger chilli garlic paste red chilli powder and churn again make fine powder..
  4. Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds cumin seeds crackle. Add grated onion salt and saute till looks transparant and add red chilli powder and turmeric powder and 1/2cup water and cook for 2-3min..
  5. Now stuff masala in Mirchi and place in a greavy Turn on flame and add left stuffing mixture churn with 2tbsp water and. Add 1 cup of water cover and cook on slow flame.3-5min. And serve. Garnish with sessme seeds and coriander leaves. Serve with paratha..
